How do I make a return?
To make a return email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
How many days do I have to make a return?
You have 14 days from the delivery date to submit your return request.
What items are returnable?
Most apparel, and accessories are returnable within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:
- Custom Items
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Items marked FINAL SALE
- Worn items
- Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear.
- Shipping fees
Can I get my money back?
For all returns we issue store credit only. Refunds are not available.
Unfortunately, if the item is marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned.
Are there any return fees?
Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer.
If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the return cost.
How soon will I receive my store credit?
Once we have received your return please allow up to 3-5 business days for your store credit to be issued.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED?
All orders placed before 3pm (central-standard) time will be processed and shipped the same day.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We ship USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 days. Depending on the efficiency of your local postal service, once shipped domestic orders can take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive . International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. PLEASE TRACK YOUR PACKAGE AND CONTACT USPS FOR ANY QUESTIONS AFTER WE HAVE SHIPPED YOUR ORDER.
